Deep Lohia

Dr. Deep Lohia is double-board certified psychiatrist, specializing in Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatry, and has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Lohia received his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India, and proceeded to do a 3-year residency in Psychiatry at the same institute, before moving to NYC for career advancement. He then did his residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center-Elmhurst Hospital, and a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center-Albert Einstein College of Medicine Program.  Dr. Lohia has extensive experience working with children in psychiatric emergency room settubg and currenlty his practice focuses on medication management, offered in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy.
